Pantanal- Paradise of Brazil
The Pantanal, the largest wetland in the world, is the beautiful biosphere system found south of Amazon basin and landlocked between the river and Andes Mountains. The Panatanal holds much of regions of Central America’s plain lands with unparalleled wildlife and marvelous ecosystem. Also the gorgeous landscape with wide variety of flora and fauna will surely been the one of the world’s best wonders of nature. The Pantanal is one of heavily flooded regions with 80% of land becomes submerged under the floods. The vegetation in the region is more complex and consists of wide variety of vegetation including trees of rainforest, savanna plants, grasslands and semi-arid trees. Most of the forests found in the higher attitudes nearer to the mountains, while the grasslands were found in the plains. The Pantanal biosphere is being the breeding ground for millions of animal species including mammals, fishes, reptiles, birds and invertebrates. The endangered animals like marsh deer, river otter, bush dog, tapir, anteater, caiman and macaw can only be sighted in the Panatanal alone. The wetlands are the home for the large number of Jaguar population. The Campo Grande, Corumba and Cuiaba are the three entrance points to the Pantanal wetlands and are well connected with the other parts of the country.
Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, is one of the beautiful towns of East Africa. It has rich tradition with huge collection of monuments and green lush forests. The climate will be subtropical combined with dulcet summers and mild winters. The National Park of Lake Malawi presents the awesome green forests on the mountain backdrop with lucid waters of the lake adoring the millions of wildlife. Some of the rare species like African fish eagles, crocodiles and hippopotamus can only be found in the forests of the Malawi.
Angel Falls, the highest waterfalls on our earth, is located in the midst of dense forests, green grasses, lucid rivers and enthralling wildlife. The waterfall is situated in the Gran Sabana region of Venezuela. Most of the water falling down from the mountain top gets evaporated and dispersed over the surrounding forests. It was such a glorious occasion for everyone on this earth to experience it. The tourists are advised not to take up their voyage to waterfalls during rainy and cloudy seasons. As it was located in deep dense forests, proper guidance is needed before the journey. The river trip is the best option for tourists to get out through the forests and unleash the beauty of the nature’s creation. There was a huge pond beneath the Angel waterfalls, which collects the water falling down from the falls. The lake is known as the one of the best fresh water sources on the earth. A bath on the lake can certainly relieves the heat and pressure of the city life. The Angel falls is one of the gorgeous places to visit. It’s extremely calm and beautiful. Any person will surely enjoy a walk through the forests loaded with green plants and trees along with wildlife.
The Viñales valley is one of the beautiful valleys which are grided by mountains and its gorgeous landscape. The valley is just located to the north of Pinar del Rio city of Cuba. Also, the valley is famous for the world’s best cigar production. The mountains are rocky and lush with green forests. The region has the numerous caves which were carved out of limestone. The stunning beauty of the valley attracts the people from all walks of life around the globe. The rich tradition and culture of the people attracts the tourists with such a grace. The micro climate of the valley was too good for the development of tourism. The cultural events like fashion shows, music pops and party dances were conducted daily at the central plaza. The major tourist attraction was the rock climbing and trekking. Lake Atitlan, the deepest lake of Central America, is situated in the highlands of Guatemala. Lake Atitlan is rich in biodiversity and inhabits some of the rare fresh water fishes. The lake is surrounded by three volcanoes of San Pedro, Toliman and Atitlan. The three volcanoes are considered to be still active and eruptive. There are number of towns and villages inhabited by Mayan people found around this lake. The lake supports a vast area of agricultural region cultivating coffee and corn. During recent years, there has enormous development tourist infrastructure supported by the government. The green dense forest surrounding the lake Atitlan was announced as National Park due to its rich flora and fauna. The scenic beauty and pleasant environment makes us feel the utmost happiness of our life. The lake is famous for the boat riding and water sports like diving and kayaking. The Indian head in the top of the mountain is also an exciting place to visit. The walk along the lakeside path must relax your reflexes and keeps you fresh and revives the mind and body. The Maya culture practiced in the nearby villages is fascinating and enchanted to the tourists. Panajachel is the nearest town which is connected to the other parts of Guatemala.
